There are too many variables to make such a one-size-fits-all graph.
For instance, if a person did mostly city driving weight, regenerative braking, and driving habits would rule, but aerodynamics and engine mods would be nearly worthless. For a guy who runs the superslab in flat country, aero and proper gearing would rule, but weight wouldn't mean a lot. Driving is always applicable.
