89 Civic owner saying "hi!"

Hello. I have an 89 Civic hatchback that is highly modded. I have rebuilt the engine with 11.9:1 compression, VTEC, port cleanup and polish, and a chipped and completely tuneable ECU. Other mods include a 5-speed transmission (from the depressing 4 speed), a diy heat extraction hood (grinder and welding, fun!), exhaust header and 2.5" exhaust and a wideband o2 controller with display on the dashboard. The engine has 1400 miles on it at this time and I am just running a rough basemap. I hope to tune it soon after I actually acquire the header. My average MPG on the basemap is 32.97 city only, including pizza delivery. I built my car mainly for max horsepower, but as we all know, efficiency is a great way to increase hp, and it also improves MPG.
I was doing reasearch on the internets one night, and stumbled across this website and found all kinds of aero mods and driving tips. So now I am hooked. My car is my daily driver, so I need good MPG, and on the weekends I can take it for a fast drive in the mountains or to the racetrack and have fun there too.
When I tune, I will shoot for lean cruise on lo-cam VTEC, and max power on hi-cam VTEC. Maybe 16-17:1 cruise. It already runs there most of the time on the basemap, and it doesn't seem to mind. I think the high compression helps the less than ideal AFR light off.
From my limited time here, I want to try a grille blockoff, air dam, LRR tires when I upgrade to 14" rims, and a partial underbelly behind the rear suspension. I'm sure I will find much more as I look around.
