I'd bet you do! Most people have them and don't even know it.
You'll probably have to sacrifice a hard drive or disk drive to get the opposite end, though, unless you have aftermarket fans or something similar (or a Y junction) in your box.
*I guess I can dig around this weekend and see if I can find one... should only take a day or two to mail it to you, I guess. I'm not sure if I have any more of them though.
