Hell I wish my old 1965 GTO with a 389 ci Tri-power (3X2bbl), four speed, with 3.90 gears would have gotten gas mileage like that.

At 50 mph (2500 rpms) with the top down I was thrilled to get 19 mpg.

Probably could have gotten into the low twenties if I was willing to drive at 40mph, (2000 rpms)
