I don't have a lower limit for temps before the TCL engages... I can do it on the coldest day, first start up.

We do have the same trans, though. If I can't find a trans from a PT Cruiser for my 5 speed swap, the Neon is the next best choice... unless, by some oddity of nature, I can find one from a C-SRT4 (Caliber) cheaply... 6 speed FTW.
