It's certainly a cute song, I like it a lot, as well as my kids. If it were written with the intent of being used for a commercial, I don't know if that's such a bad thing. I certainly think it's a better idea than, say, Buick buying the rights to "Light My Fire" by the Doors to make a car jingle out of.....
