Sadly I agree with you on #2 but not for the reasons you state. They have had some form of this car in the news how many times now? Since what 01?
As to #1 I disagree, neither of my main cars have movable seats and have no "Real" trunk either what ever that is, yet I still bought them, go figure there are a few of us out there.
