4th and 5th gear pulls are absolutely brutal on engines. If it were me, I would opt for a stock Integra R or GSR engine and an LS transmission. I know for a fact that a stock 98 integra gsr with a couple bolt-ons will clear 158 mph on flat ground. A stock gsr engine mated with an LS trans would be rev limited at 188 mph. That my friends, would be impressive in the aerocivic.
