Been too busy with the house to do any ecomodding. What started with a wax ring for the toilet gradually turned out to be replacing the floor and joists under bathroom(complete gut and renovation) and a replacement of ALL plumbing in entire house, then a replacement of well pump and tank , and driving a new well(the previous owner dropped a sand point down a 4" casing and filled it with dirt....can't pull more than about 1 gal/min).....I'm glad I am not a plumber anymore.....I'm still waiting to put in that clutch pedal...
