I don't know the details of that dealership, but they might not be allowed to work on your scoot. I know with the Harley Davidson dealer agreements, if they are not a Buell dealer, they legally cannot touch my bike or get me parts. I can walk in and lie and say I need a spark plug for a Sportster and get the exact same part my Buells use no problem though.

Autozone would be cheaper for parts anyway. As for service, since its a Honda engine your local independent powersports shop (works on quads, snowmobiles, motorcycles) should be able to do any service you need.
