I don't think these are the people that Bondo wants to target anyway. Every inch of lift throws the FE out the door. For the price of 1 F150 you could buy 2 Ford Focus That each get double the mileage.
I drive my Focus because of the FE, If I could get my F150 to get 25 MPG I would leave the Focus home once in a while.

FYI: In 2003 I traded my 97' F150, 2WD, 4.2 v6, 5-Spd Manual w/OD averaged 17 MPG. Got a 2003 F150, 4x4, 5.4 V8, Auto w/OD averaged 17 MPG. I gained more power and off-road ability for the same fuel cost.
