Of course, at a cost of $389 for a "guaranteed" install.
Now, he does say that if you're unhappy, he'll "gladly refund the purchase price"... but says nothing about refunding the installation cost or extra parts... so for your time, if it's a waste of time for you, you get back $189, after spending ~$400. (That price is by his admission, not my assumption.)
And there's not even a guarantee, legally, that he'll go that far! Remember, this guy is a hobbyist, via his own admission. That means that you would have no legal grounds to sue him for a refund, because he didn't legally perform any business services to you.
Seems like he's a little smarter than the average Joe, eh?
