Bummer. Maybe someone else will chime in but I don't think you can repair sidewall cuts( I know not what you wanted to hear). I've had that happen miles from home and used a dollar folded over to get home. I wouldn't feel comfortable riding with that in a group or at speed. Maybe use it on the trainer till it lets loose.
