So there are two ways to get the car started again after you've killed it.

If you've come to a complete stop you can just start 'er up with the key like normal.

If you haven't come to a complete stop, make sure your key is in the "on" or "run" position, put the gearbox into gear (I'd reccommend using one gear higher than you would otherwise think you'll need. IE-going 20mph, I'd be in 3rd gear) Once you're in gear, slowly release the clutch pedal and the engine should fire right up.
