I had heard of this dot thing...but didn't know the details. The Vivas did not take more weight than the Kumhos I had on the same wheels...and the Kumhos did not seem to need balancing up to 55 mph...though I did them anyway.

I learned how to mount and balance by watching the tire guys do it and trial and error...takes some muscle...but you need to keep the old thinking cap on at the same time.

You don't want to tear the bead up or stretch the cord at the rim.

Dropped the PSI to 40...waiting for those blowouts.

Also waiting to see if I have any bead leaks...so far so good.
