Yeah well looking at your site the figures are not too appealing. about 17.7 miles per dollar.

with my minivan pre ethanol I was paying 14 miles per dollar and thats with a much larger vehicle and 50% heavier vehicle. (using $2 per gallon which is my average over the last 12 months with gas from $1.30 to $2.55 a gallon)

It does not hold a candle to my metro.

the article only tells me how much MONEY they put into the tank $6.49 and how many miles they drove 115.7 but not how much PER UNIT the gas costs. is it the same today less more? I know the gas at our home (heating) is far more expensive NOW than it was a few years ago.

on top of that a price premium that is even more expensive than the hybrid price premium meaning the same thing. will never save me a penny in gas.

so YOU do some research.
