I'm still thinking about that part. I thought about some "spandex" like material. I would just install snaps on camper, truck sides, and trailer. It would be easy to install or take off, yet still allow for articulation. I have a weight distribution hitch, so I can't turn super sharp with it anyway.

I am just brainstorming here, but what if you filled the gap between the trailer and truck with a giant air ballon/bladder that stretched? As you turned, it would compress one side, but expand/stretch the other side. Would that work?
