Moon Craft is doing something wholly different than anybody else with their
front wheel covers. I'm wondering if the open ring near the center of the
cover is to let air pass through:

I'd guess that is a 17 or 18 " wheel.)
If anything the air would pass outward, from the wheel well. If so, would it
be dispersed radially -- more likely in a curved path -- from center to rim,
or would all the air be drawn rearward by the air moving from front to back
along the side of the car.
I'd like to know more. I can't even find a site that has them for sale
nevermind additional information on them, even the Moon Craft site.
