I recon Honda Cubs and Innovas get the best consumption. My experience on a C70 being anal about mpg recording was an average of 150mpg for every day commuting and shopping. My Innover got a little less. For those people who want car comfort. My 850cc Reliant Rialto II three wheeler averaged 70mpg over 2000miles of commuting and running down to the shops. I was trying to get the maximum mpg out of it. Normal driving had me achieving a consistent 60mpg doing 70mph max on the motorways and included everyday urban driving. Thrashing the bollox off it with no regard to speed limits or my own safely showed a figure of 45mpg. Not bad for a car that does a tad short of 100 mph!
