That's weird. These engines usually have a lot of blowby but that is usually not a problem unless somehow your CCV puck on the valve cover is plugged. I'd advise you to head over to TDIclub.com and search for your problem there. Also, you should take your TDI to a proper TDI mechanic in the future. There is a list of TDI gurus over at TDIclub.com which will point you to the right person in your area.
