Big Orange Work Truck - '83 Ford F-250
90 day: 27.54 mpg (US)

Jessica's - '04 Toyota Matrix
90 day: 41.21 mpg (US)

Ninjette - '01 Kawasaki Ninja EX250R

It is possible to get 29-30mpg in a full size truck.

Of course, this was not using it "as a truck". Using it as a truck, I only average about 25.
To get the best mpg, a bicycle is a MUCH better candidate.
