Hey! You should just glass the shape, and add a kick out at the bottom for a "lip spoiler"... it would be mostly just there to keep the shape stiff, but might do something to aero, as minute of an effect as it could have.
Either way, might as well just cover the thing if you're going to keep making air dams for it. You can glass that shape and make it removable easily with clips or screws.
