Yeah, me either. No holes cut in my bumper.
The way my car is designed, that really wouldn't do anything as cutting holes in the plastic would just reveal the foam core. My rear bumper cover is pretty snug on the actual bumper IIRC, the actual bumper hangs down pretty low.
