I'd be interested to see how they prepare/test the end product before releasing for sale, myself.
If the testing procedures are sound, I'd be confident in it's safety. Of course, FDA's testing procedures are thought sound as well, but eventually, inevitably, something always slips by. That's why we have the recall system in place. It usually mitigates most of the danger.
