If you're going to do some coastdown testing with and without the skirts, you might as well take the few extra minutes to record your data and plug it into the spreadsheet in this Instructable.

Then you'll know (roughly) what your Cd was before and after the skirts.

I did the same tests on my car to find my before and after drag coefficients. (0.33 and 0.25 respectively) There are more details in my "5th Gen" thread.
