You'd have to check out TempleofVtec.org and HondaTech.com (warning, HondaTech is full of both good information and bad... sort accordingly.)

I believe HaSPORT makes the conversion harness, as well.

I'm aware that OBD2 is much different from non-OBD cars, but most of the sensors have been there for the whole time, from FI's inception to now. The ones that were never there before can be added to the wiring harness easily enough.

I'm not an electrician, but I have done plenty of wiring on cars and the like.
