We don't have these here (UK) thankfully but we are getting a load of crew-cab style 4x4s, ironically very few if any of them are American - all Japanese. All also driven badly with very fat, shaven-headed men with reflective jackets on pretending to be a serious contracting "boss". And all with Village People style names like Warrior, Navarra and so on.

One at my sons school reversed into a lamp-post, and then denied all knowledge - you know, like bits of glass that had fallen into the bed and so on. If they can't even see a post in daylight what chance does a child have ?
To be fair, the new Ram is an innovative vehicle. They've finally done away with leaf springs in favor of a 5 link. Still I would choose the Toyota Tundra for reliability.
