The pizza pans are flat except where they curve at the edges. I'd like to fasten them at the edges so the middle of the pan doesn't distort. I don't want to drill holes or do anything irreversible to the wheel. I don't want to spend $20 to fasten a $4 pan to a wheel. I have been thinking about Dzus for a belly pan application, but I don't think it's right for the pan caps.
