That's nice that it came with a bit. With such a wide angle of view, aiming the cam shouldn't be that critical, just not too far in any one direction. What I would do is to hook up the camera to the monitor and then place the camera where you want it and use masking tape and packing material or cardboard or whatever to aim the camera exactly where you want it. Then put your shark fin mount next to it in order to see where you need to put the mounting hole in order to keep the camera aimed where it is. If you can do this then once you get it mounted permanently, you should be able to fine tune the aiming as Neil says with the rings.
