I thought that honda engines crankshaft turned the opposite direction. So you'd have to have the exhaust manifold facing the firewall ala old Saabs.
It's possible I think but I don't know how economic it would be. The cost of the swap that is, I'm sure it'd get amazing mileage with proper gearing and tune.
