That pedal powered car, the Buick was seen by the court system as being classified as a bicycle, that is the same advantage that the gocart style pedal car has, it is a bike by leagle definition, in my state you can put an electric motor on it, hit 30mph and it is still a bicycle, build a full body, faring, skinny tires, whole nine yards and it is still a bicycle that only needs a $3 bicycle license, is covered by your home owners insurance... yep I want to build one.
