Eleven miles on a bagel with creme cheese and a glass of milk. Top speed was only 12 MPH though...I need to get in shape.

Well- you DID say 'non-electric'and no hybrids.

If you meant ICE though, 47 MPG on a '93 Festiva, average speed 48 MPH.
