Not yet, but it wouldn't be that hard I don't think. Teh relay for the main contactor is there. It's like 3 lines of code to close the main contactor after "x" seconds of the microcontroller turning on. You just have to add a little relay for the pre-charge resistor, and have that happen first. To be really proper about it, you should probably check that the caps really did charge, but if you don't bother with that it would be really easy.
