I found this on that Blueprint site in your thread:

So it looks like:
H: 1615 mm / 25.4 = 63.58 In = 5.298 ft
W: 1690 mm / 25.4 = 66.54 In = 5.545 ft

63.58 x 66.54 x 0.8 = 3384.49 sq in

or

5.298 x 5.545 x 0.8 = 23.50 sqft
