The Toyota trucks in that period had Cd 0.44.Perhaps you could just estimate your truck at that.
GMC S-15/Chevy S-10 were Cd 0.395 but they had a lot of subtle features to get there.
The last year S-10 extended cab with all the aero "candy",if lowered,and with a half-tonneau and MOONs,would come in at aroundCd 0.30 or just below,based on the previous generation Gale Banks LSR S-15 @ Bonneville.
