EOC is, in my experience, not the
only way to get one's FE significantly above EPA estimates. I've never used EOC with any of my vehicles. Nor do I P&G, DWL or draft. The only time I ever got under
highway EPA with my Mustang was when I ran it in the "barn" to charge the battery during its first Winter.
