Here are a few pictures from my modding thread. Each is held on with 6 screws, which is overkill, 4 would be enough. Each skirt comes off in under 15 seconds. So far no problems

Pulse & glide is a driving style: instead of driving at a steady 60 km/h, you first accelerate (@80% max throttle) to 70km/h, then put the gear into neutral and coast. When your speed falls to 50km/h you put it in gear and accelerate to 70 again. The actual numbers vary depending on traffic. This usually works only below highway speeds - I believe there was a thread on this, here is what I found:
success : pulse and coast in neutral at mid speed (40-55 mph)
One of the variations of P&G is EOC-engine off coasting. Turn off the engine when the anticipated coast will be long, then bump start the engine (put in high gear and unpress the clutch). This method has safety (and legal) issues, so there are many things to consider before deciding to do it.
