The fuel parameter is just the flow rate of the injectors, as I understand it, so unless you change the injectors or the number of cylinders, I don't think it should be edited. Also, you can just change it linearly based on the amount it overcalculated. So, if it was 30% over, revise the number downward by 30%.
This might all be wrong though. I haven't had a guino for many months do to my project and I forget quickly
