I realized after I posted that this was an old thread and that you had other newer threads.
I am in a similar boat as you except my 'creation' is a process in selling. Not a manufactured item. Capitolization is a universal problem but you need a business plan that isolates who the buyer is and how you got to them.
as a final thought, a guick glance of your thumbnail somehow makes me think of
the GT40... the sloping deck, ford logo, white vehicle........don't know what it is....
