2009 - Met my totally arbitrary goal of 25mpg, according to the log, for both the last 90 days and the last 3 fill-ups, with variety of full loads, highway and city. Surpassed what I thought would even be possible running empty, mostly highway mostly flat, at 30mpg over about 100 miles.

Planned mods for this year:

-Lower the truck 4 inches in front and 6 inches in back - but with adjustable air suspension so I can get the height/capacity back when I need it - not only to lower the aero profile, but also make it easier to load (not to mention easier for older clients to climb into the cab)

-Once I can afford it, replace the transmission with one that has over drive to lower highway RPMs

I won't venture a guess as to how much those two changes will get me, but it would be nice if I could turn my current maximum into my new average
