i believe it does work.
is also believe it could be sensitive construction in a number of ways... and results will vary greatly.
i believe a hypermiler can outperform hho, but what if a hypermiler and hho got together.. the improvement my be nominal?
i have all the materials to add hho... but time to do it just isn't here.
