Get much snow in the Bay Area? Have many single digit temps?
Just need to work thru the bugs for each test before investing the time in doing the ABA tests. I figured I'd throw in some observations and conversation while I struggle thru building this test. I'm trying to make each of these tests as effective as possible so I can know the results are real and not imagined. For instance, the ram air I set up: I have no idea if it was creating any pressure in the intake, I was hoping I could detect some differences in the MAF reading, but I wasn't so I gotta get some sore of pressure differential meter. The quick test of the HAI with an extra heater core is showing me that I need to seal things up good to get some air moving thru. Sure I started the thead full energy only to be stopped by a blizzard and many weeks of sub 20 degree weather. I had a full weekend free to work thru these problems, now I just gotta pick at it little by little when there is time.
