I use it and STP red bottle every other tank. Going to try 5oz of STP and 3 oz of MMO. I was running a whole bottle of STP and 4oz of MMO but seems to be bit much. Have it in my Festiva now and it's smoking on startup. Didn't do it before and smells like carbon since it's leaks oil like a sieve don't know for a fact though. You could tell it needed a tuneup before but now runs like it had one. All the additives in the world don't replace a good tune-up! Don't know about gas mileage.. most of our trips are city.
