Might barely be legal with turn/brake/parking lights. A registered microcar! It is much wider than my 'EL'. That price is much much cheaper than a Tesla- you could get 5 of them instead of one Tesla. Looks like fun though!

If it could fit pedals, they could be on the same chain as the motor, with an over-running clutch on the crankset.
