In case some you don't understand that people are mocking this idea, it is because with an alternator driven by a belt the belt is the loss, with an alternator turned by the air the air is being used as a working fluid to turn the alternator and fluid drives are not very efficient, at best on average you can get around 50% of the energy out of the air as anything more and it tends to go around the blades.
