no salt down here, but like you said if you seal it with good paint it probably will not be the first thing to rust out. The fender lips make great hangers ,you can make the cuts different depths to accomidate different thickness materials, and they bend back into place if you want to remove the skirts, as long as you dont go past the horizontal edge,im keeping this car until it falls apart so no concern for making my mods reversable. cfg where do you get all your info? your like a ecomodder encyclopidia!
