We have right side traffic. Our neighbour Sweden changed their left side traffic on 1967 to right side.

There is lot's of discussion of the warm air intake but this is my conclusion:
You can get some benefits when:
-Engine is oversized to eco driving (like mine 1.6l)
-Low compression ratio (mine 10.5 ... not so low but low enough ?)
-You do not drive in hot conditions (intake air is already warm enough)
