Most of these numbers sound a little optimistic to say the least but the 190e I know from personal experience with multiple examples will never touch 32mpg city let alone 37mpg highway. Not even the 5 speed. The KEjet fuel injection in these cars is PRIMITIVE. It has nowhere near the precise control of even a basic EFI system. If I can get mine to do 25-30mpg city and 35 highway with a 5 speed transmission and Megasquirt EFI I will be very happy.
EPA says 18/24 for the automatic, 18/26 for the 5 speed. I believe them.
