Prove it... Or, you need to dispose of bias tires you have and use a modern tire.
I've got my tires at 55/50 (Front/Rear) and have yet to have abnormal wear in nearly 20K miles
Plenty of other members will attest the same thing
And that said, the ratings for a tire are for the max sidewall pressure.
