Same with my wife. Her car has a Driver Info Center (i.e. built-in scangauge) and she leaves it on the
instantaneous fuel economy reading most of the time and goes easy on the gas pedal to try to maximize the reading, but that's as far as it goes...she'd never post on a website about it.
